HUMOR IS A FORM OF HOPE

The world can be wild and unpredictable, but you can find humor among the heaviness. Though humor will not change what is happening, the ability to seek out lightness is an essential tool for living a positive life.

Finding humor is not the same as denial or pretending that whatever unfortunate situation isn't happening. In fact, it's the opposite. To master the ability to tap into humor, your heart must be wide open, your spirit must be full, and your soul must view the world with perspective and possibility.

Humor is simply a form of hope.

LIVE LIFE WITH ABANDON

This one life is all you've got. So, above all else, live it with unbridled abandon and openhearted curiosity. Be brave. Allow creativity to be your guide. Live as if no one else were watching. Dance. Play. Sing out loud. Make the kind of magic that dreams are built of.

SO SIMPLE, BUT SO VERY POWERFUL

Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be.

The difference between ORDINARY and extraORDINARY is that little "extra" .

Just believe in yourself.  Even if you don't, pretend that you do and, at some point, you will.

I survived because the fire inside me burned much brighter than the fire around me.

It's not the load that breaks you down, it's the way you carry it.

Be absolutely fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.

Staying positive doesn't mean you have to be happy all of the time.  It just means that even on hard days you know that there are better ones coming.

Whether think you can or think you can't.  You will be right...

The struggle you're in today is developing the strength you will need for the struggles of tomorrow.
